Band Chest Flies

  1. Wrap a theraband around an open door’s handle.
  2. Grab each end of the band with one hand.
  3. Stand with your back to the doorhandle and your arms extended to the sides.
  4. Keeping your arms fully extended, bring the hands forward until they come together in front of you against the band’s resistance.
    • Your arms are always parallel to the floor.
  5. Return to starting position.
