- Wrap a theraband around an open door’s handle.
- Grab each end of the band with one hand.
- Stand with your back to the doorhandle and your arms extended to the sides.
- Keeping your arms fully extended, bring the hands forward until they come together in front of you against the band’s resistance.
- Your arms are always parallel to the floor.
- Return to starting position.
