- Wrap a theraband around the foot of a bed or other heavy piece of furniture.
- Lie down so the leg is above your head and grab the theraband’s ends with your arms.
- Holding the band at chest level and with your feet tucked in so the knees are bent in roughly a 90°-angle, crunch the upper body.
- During the movement, the chest travels toward the hip.
- Return to starting position.
