  1. Wrap a theraband around the foot of a bed or other heavy piece of furniture.
  2. Lie down so the leg is above your head and grab the theraband’s ends with your arms.
  3. Holding the band at chest level and with your feet tucked in so the knees are bent in roughly a 90°-angle, crunch the upper body.
    • During the movement, the chest travels toward the hip.
  4. Return to starting position.
