  1. Wrap a theraband around an open door’s handle.
  2. Grab each end of the band with one hand and stand with your front facing the doorhandle.
  3. Extend your arms in front of your body.
  4. Make a rowing motion against the band’s resistance bringing your elbows next to and behind your back.
  5. Return to starting position.
