Triceps Dip

  1. Sit on the very edge of a chair and grab the seating with both hands to your right and left.
  2. Bring the feet out so your legs are fully extended, but your hip is still close to the chair.
  3. Lower the legs and hip in front of the chair, bending your arms at the elbows.
  4. Push through the elbows to return to starting position.

Make it easier: Do not fully extend your legs.
