Want one core exercise to rule them all?

The kneeling crunch is probably the most complete exercise for working the abdominal muscles. All you need is a PAZFIT band and something to hang it from—say, a ? tree.

Form: make sure to arch the lower back fully at the beginning of each rep, then curl the chest towards your thighs. ??
