Band Side-Lying Hip Raise

- Lie on the left side with a booty band across your legs slightly below the knees.
- Get up on your left elbow and bend the left knee at around 90°, calve extending to your back.
- Resting on the left elbow and knee, raise the hip until your upper body is parallel to the floor.
- Keep the right leg in line with the upper body (so it is parallel with the floor at the end of the movement as well).
- Return to starting position.
