Barbell Lunge

Barbell Lunge
  1. Place a barbell behind your neck and grab it with both hands from behind (with your elbows at an angle of around 90°). Stand with your feet around shoulder-width apart.
  2. Take a big step forward with the right leg (bending at the knee and hip) while also bending and lowering the left leg until the left knee just about touches the floor. Now push through the right leg and extend it to return to a standing position. Repeat with the left leg.
