  1. Grab a dumbbell with the left hand
    and, standing behind an inclined
    bench, rest the left arm on the incline from above.
  2. With the upper left arm stationery on the bench, curl the dumbbell up to your shoulder.
  3. Return to starting position and repeat with the right arm.
